anyone familiar w/ Baxter Biosurgery's products Floseal, Coseal, Tisseel, and Adept? I have an opportunity with them and I'm curious what type of company they are to work for, and where they stand in the marketplace. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated...

Are you kidding?? I have been in medical sales for years and rarely do I see Baxter on the list for available jobs. Employees must stay until retirement.
I assume they are great to work for. A friend of ours worked there years ago and loved it!
1. What area of the country are you in?
2. What recruiter did you go thru to find this job?
Thanks for any info you can offer & Good Luck with this opportunity!

I'm in the Northeast, and a former sales partner of mine works for them and hooked me up with the opportunity. Any idea on where they stand in the marketplace? I know J&J has a competitive line, and I think there is another company called Zymogenetics.

I worked for Baxter almost 30 years, they are somewhat demanding and only want the best. You can make some major money here and stay a long time if you make your quota. Jump on this deal or someone else will.

Why did you leave? How long ago did you work there? Was it a sales position in biosurgery?

Could you please tell me if there is a place online with details on Baxter's policies on performance for their territory sales managers? Is there a minimum quota? Is it true that they will fire you if your sales are lower than the previous year?
Thanks so much.
