Job Objectives: Generate new sales in designated territory. Identify potential clients by networking and cold-calling medical professionals. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, trade shows, referrals etc. Create and maintain working relationships with customers. Attend industry trade shows and conferences for the purpose of marketing, lead generation, and brand building.
Responsibilities: Gain product and market knowledge in order to establish business. Generate sales in target market and expand into new dynamic markets. Provide market research, industry trends, and feedback from territory. Create sales forecast and projections in the territory.
Specifications: Looking for a self-motivated individual with a professional and energetic personality. Individual must be capable of gaining knowledge of medical software and healthcare information technology (HIT), workflow and processes, and integration/ interfacing, HITECH/ Meaningful Use, electronic health record (EHR). Attention to detail and ability to follow through and respond to customers in a prompt manner. Must have reliable transportation and be proficient in scheduling appointments in a manner necessary to grow business. Product presentations and web demonstrations are required.
