Our ENT Account Managers are responsible for partnering with ENT practices with the goal of implementing proven business process improvement methodologies. In essence, improving service delivery and driving higher revenue by increasing unit sales thereby growing same practice sales and market share of AHAA ENT affiliates.

Key deliverables include:

• Prospect for new medical practices to develop a portfolio of ENT physician practices
• Establish relationships and sell the medical practice on AHAA's service and the value AHAA can bring to the practice
• Manage the portfolio of ENT practices once established, to drive organizational growth and development
• Utilize AHAA strategies to increase revenue in the practice
• Provide training to key practice staff through direct on-site contact and tele-classes
• Accountable to the physician/practice owner and responsible for the achievement of the practices' business goals
• Achieve both operational excellence and business results
• Implement strategies that drive business process and behavioral change
• Develop and execute an annual business/marketing plan to drive required results for each practice
• Utilize AHAA financial tools for practice growth and profit gain
• Actively manage recruiting, hiring, training and if necessary, termination of employees within practices
• Integrate and leverage vendor partner relationships
• Drive utilization and compliance with AHAA’s proprietary business management system

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 7 years experience increasing revenue and efficiency utilizing proven business strategies with at least 2 years experience selling products into physician practices
• Extensive telesales experience with demonstrated success
• Proven history of selling through platform presentations
• Substantial, hands-on experience in driving sales.
• Innate drive and passion to run a company (experience owning and running a small business a plus)
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in a complex, fast-paced environment
• Established contacts in the ENT medical community desired
• 4 yr Business degree, MBA desired
