medi USA is looking for a motivated and personable Wound Care Manager. The right candidate will grow sales revenue for the Advanced Wound Care Product Category by assisting Territory Business Managers in building referrals, solidifying partnerships, and accessing formularies in their respective territories. Establish new opportunities for product placement and develop business relationships with strategic distribution partners. Develop and manage relationships with key clinical decision-makers to differentiate product offering and adopt utilization. Target account list will be developed with medi sales management team annually and adjusted as needed to meet company sales goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

•Communicate account sales strategy to necessary personnel for execution on a national basis.
•Work with Category Management to develop tools needed to execute sales plan in specific accounts.
•Support sales efforts by making key presentations to hospitals, clinics and such as needed.
•Develop and manage expense budget for travel, meetings, and samples.
•Travel throughout established region (60-70%), as appropriate, balancing time in-clinic with TBMs, Distribution Partners, and independently in support of regional growth.
•Produce a monthly report on sales performance and key activities related to specific account list.

Education and/or Experience

•BS/BA Degree
•5+ years medical sales/marketing experience
•2+ years Advanced Wound Care experience
•Demonstrated capability in education of customer and sales personnel
•Demonstrated public speaking skills
