GYN & Plastic Surgery company looking for distributors

We are looking for distributors who have experience selling in the OR to gyn's, plastic surgery and general surgeons. Stocking positions avaliable. When I submit your web site dist. questionaire, the follwoing message is being generated "Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /becomeADistributor.shtml."
