Physician Office Sales Question

I sell a service to cardiologist offices, internal med docs and family clinics but would like to pick up some other equipment lines. Tried to contack Burdick and few other cardiology lines but they won't touch an small guy with no volume. Anybody have any suggestions for lines a guy could pick up?
I prefer capital equipment.
