SenoRx Appoints New Director
ALISO VIEJO, Calif., May 14, 2007 (Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network) -- SenoRx (NasdaqGM:SENO ) today announced the appointment of Vickie Capps to its board of directors, effective June 14, 2007. Ms. Capps currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of DJO Incorporated (NYSE:DJO ), a medical device company specializing in rehabilitation and regeneration products for the non-operative orthopedic and spine markets.``We are extremely pleased to have Vickie join our board,'' said Lloyd Malchow, SenoRx's president and chief executive officer. ``She brings over 20 years of experience in financial leadership with growing and dynamic global technology companies, as well as experience in operations, planning and investor relations. Prior to joining DJO Incorporated in 2002, Ms. Capps served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of AirFiber, a privately held provider of broadband wireless solutions; prior to that she was vice president of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Maxwell Technologies. Prior to Maxwell, Ms. Capps held various positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Wavetek Wandel Goltermann, Inc. Ms. Capps also served 10 years as a senior audit and accounting professional for Ernst & Young LLP, and is a California Certified Public Accountant.
