Tri-anim Announces a New Name for Neomedic's Family of Urinary Stress Incontinence Products
SYLMAR, Calif.--(HSMN NewsFeed)--Tri-anim, the nation's largest provider of specialty sales and distributION Solutions for healthcare, announced today that the Remeex(TM) urinary stress incontinence products will now be known as the ContaSure(TM) product line in the US. These products include a single incision Needleless Sling System, an Adjustable Sling for women and the only Adjustable Sling for men.Originally introduced into the US market as Remeex(TM) branded products, and designed and manufactured by Neomedic in Europe, the ContaSure(TM) product family have become new surgical alternatives to address urinary stress incontinence. These three products, for urinary stress incontinence, are the first in the ContaSure(TM) line.
"Through our successful initial launch of Neomedic's unique line of effective urinary stress incontinence products, it became apparent that we needed further branding that would convey the product's purpose and benefit from introduction to the surgeon through to the continent challenged patient," said Bob Byers Jr., Tri-anim founder and CEO. "With our female adjustable device we feel we specifically address 15% of the female stress urinary incontinence patients that have run out of options for their incontinence. This device has been shown to be very effective when used on these highly compromised patients.

We are also in the process of establishing physician training programs for surgeons to receive first hand experience with all three products and procedures. Tri-anim launches the ContaSure(TM) branded line at the 2007 AUGS (American Urogynecological Society) in Hollywood, Florida (September 27-29) and will be featuring the female single incision Needleless Sling and the female Adjustable Sling Systems at booth 100.
