Adaltis Announces Changes to Board of Directors
MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Healthcare Sales & Marketing Network)--Feb 11, 2009 -- Adaltis Inc. (Toronto:ADS.TO ), an international in vitro diagnostic company, announced the appointment of Mr. Erez Barnavon to the Board of Directors of the Company and as a member of the Corporate Governance Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Nominating Committee, effective February 6, 2009.Mr. Erez Barnavon is Senior Vice President with Clarity Partners L.P.
Mr. Barnavon's appointment fills the vacancy created from the resignation of Mr. Kevin Guanghao Lu from the Board of Directors, effective February 6, 2009. The Board wishes to thank Mr. Lu for his contribution to the Company.
As a result of these changes, the current Board of Directors of Adaltis is composed of: Mrs. Michelle Cormier (Chairman), Mr. Peter Bambic, Mr. Erez Barnavon, Mr. Peter Kruyt, Mr. Pierre Larochelle, Mr. Chen-Chong Tay and Mr. Victor Yang.
