SV Life Sciences Adds Health Care Services Veteran Paul Wallace as Venture Partner

BOSTON--(HSMN NewsFeed)--SV Life Sciences ("SVLS") today announced the appointment of Paul Wallace, an executive with over 18 years of experience in health care services operations and private equity investing, as a Venture Partner. Mr. Wallace will be working on the SVLS health care services team.

Mr. Wallace was most recently Senior Vice President of Healthways, Inc., a publicly held, Nashville-based provider of disease management, wellness and population health support solutions. His roles at Healthways included oversight of strategic planning, corporate development and sales & marketing. His leadership on acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic sales initiatives was instrumental in driving revenue from $120 million to $730 million. Prior to Healthways, Mr. Wallace was a senior investment officer at Petra Capital in Nashville, Gilbert Global Equity Partners (fka Soros Capital) in New York, Lazard Asia Investment Management in Singapore, and GTCR in Chicago. His principal investment experience includes more than 50 completed transactions representing over $1.3 billion of equity capital. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Richmond.
