Fraser spent many years at EMC, with the last six years as VP, Manufacturing and Worldwide Materials. He is well versed in the principles of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, and has streamlined operations via focused inventory and manufacturing programs, including VMI, hub strategies and lean manufacturing techniques.
With the addition of David as Senior VP of Operations, Cogmedix will be unifying its manufacturing and supply chain operations under one leader to further improve overall operational efficiency and deep focus on customer satisfaction and service advancement.
